The one that matters most. IronWill is a self-help tool. It is not medical care, not therapy, and not a substitute for either. It does not diagnose anything, and its AI coach is a language model rather than a clinician. If porn use is damaging your relationships, work or mental health, please talk to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact a local emergency service or crisis line now — not an app.

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and CoolCool Studio, the publisher of IronWill. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.

2. What you may do

Use IronWill on devices you own, for your own personal recovery. That is the whole licence: personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable.

3. What you may not do

Resell, rent or redistribute the app or a Pro subscription.
Reverse-engineer it except where your local law says you may.
Work around the free-tier limits, the App Check protection, or the advertising that funds the free version.
Use the AI coach to generate illegal content, or to attempt to extract or abuse the underlying model.

4. Free tier, Pro and advertising

Most of IronWill is free: the streak tracker, check-ins, streak calendar, emergency mode, the coping toolkit and the AI coach at three messages a day. The free tier is funded by advertising.

Pro is a paid subscription. It removes advertising, lifts the coach's daily limit, and unlocks the website blocker, the home-screen widget and the Pro wallpapers. Exactly what is included can change as the app changes; the current list is always the one shown on the in-app Pro screen at the moment you subscribe.

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your card.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Cancel through the store, not through us: on iOS in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, on Android in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are Apple's and Google's to grant under their own policies. We cannot issue one on their behalf, though we will happily support a request you make to them.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

6. The website blocker, honestly

The blocker raises the cost of acting on an urge. It is not a wall. Someone determined enough can uninstall the app, use another device or reset the phone, and no filter catches every site. We describe it as removing the ten-second decision, because that is what it does and we would rather not claim more.

7. Your content

Your journal entries, check-ins and notes are yours. They are stored on your device and we claim no rights over them. See the privacy policy for where they do and do not go.

8. No warranty

IronWill is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise any particular outcome for your recovery. Nothing in the app is a guarantee of a result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CoolCool Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Ending it

You can stop using IronWill at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.

11. Changes and contact
